We have three dogs and live in a rural area, so when we travel we have someone stay at our home overnight. Our dogs are our kids, so much so that everyone says they want to come back as one of ours. Debbie Sasser was referred to us by our long standing pet sitter when the regular girl had a family emergency. We met her and immediately knew we could trust her with our babies by the way they interacted with her. We have three dogs and they can be a handful, all on restricted diets and different personalities.

We had three short trips within a month’s period of time and Debbie was right there, always willing to pitch in with a moment’s notice and changes in schedules. She stayed in touch with us and called from the house line to let us know everything was going well. She’s a very considerate house guest and left the house in better condition than we did. And when we returned home there was a detailed note with a diary of each day’s activities for each dog with their medications and important information.

Debbie has a gentle and kind spirit about her that the animals immediately respond to in a positive way. And she’s the only person we’ve ever had stay in our home who didn’t set the alarm off by accident!

Debbie is a gem of a person, and we were lucky to find her as a reliable part of our team. We would recommend her without hesitation, and have already done so. She takes care of our friends’ homes as well! She has already become a friend in the short time we have known her and we and our animals are all blessed to have her in our lives. We now book her way in advance to make sure she is available for us when we need her to stay overnight.
